Coty appoints Caroline Andreotti as Chief Commercial Officer, Prestige, while Erin Keating will join Maesa as Chief Customer Officer and Jodi Taylor becomes a Director on Wella Company’s board

Three major beauty players – Coty, Maesa and Wella Company – closed March with the announcement of respective strategic appointments.

Cosmetics industry giant Coty has named Caroline Andreotti as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Prestige, following Isabelle Bonfanti stepping down from the role.

Andreotti is a 15-year veteran of Coty, most recently serving as its EVP, global premium skin care.

As CCO, Prestige, Andreotti will focus on Coty’s global commercial Prestige strategy.

Beauty incubator Maesa also is expanding its leadership team with the onboarding of Erin Keating as Chief Customer Officer, effective 8 May.

Keating joins from Unilever, where she led the company’s Target team across beauty, personal care, home care, nutrition and ice cream.

Keating will lead Maesa’s Sales team and report directly to Maesa’s CEO, Piyush Jain.

Finally, with the appointment of Jodi Taylor to its board of directors, Wella Company has reached its goal of a 50-50 gender balance on its board.

Taylor brings over 30 years of consumer and retail experience to the Wella Company board, where she will also serve as Audit Chair.

Formerly the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of The Container Store, Taylor currently serves as board member and Chair of the Audit Committee for The J.M. Smucker Company and Mister Car Wash.
