Elle magazine enters fragrance market with debut scent

The new L’Edition from the lifestyle magazine will be sold exclusively at The Perfume Shop

Fashion and lifestyle magazine Elle has announced the launch of its first-ever fragrance.

The new Elle L’Edition (from £35) scent features top notes of lemon, mandarin, freesia and a hint of pear; with heart notes of jasmine, peony, lily of the valley, rose and peach; and a base of sandalwood, cedar wood and musk.

Elle claims the scent is playful, and inspired by careless and bold femininity, influenced by its Parisian roots.

“Perfectly imperfect, the ELLE woman exudes an effortlessly chic style. She is fearlessly feminine, full of energy and lives in the moment,” said the brand.

The scent will also be accompanied by a 100ml body lotion (£15) and both products will be available exclusively at The Perfume Shop in October.
