Kosé Group reports strong sales ahead of US expansion

The Japanese beauty company's sales increase in Europe and the US

Japan-based beauty company Kosé Corporation recorded a net sales increase of 22.8% to ¥115.4m during the first quarter of 2016.

Oversea sales in Europe and the United States saw a growth rate of 195.8% in fiscal 2016, with a rise of ¥2.33m compared to ¥6.9m in the previous year. According to the company, during the first nine months of the current fiscal year, overall net sales increased by 19.5% from one year earlier to ¥178,46m, reaching an all-time high.
