Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit for allegedly copying another beauty brand owner’s product idea.

The 21-year-old and founder of Kylie Cosmetics has been accused by US indie brand Sheree Cosmetics for imitating its glitter eyeshadow palette Born To Sparkle.

Sheree Cosmetics claims its Born To Sparkle product had been launched ten months prior to Jenner’s, which the reality TV star released on 6 August 2018, as part of her 21st birthday collection.

However, Sheree Cosmetics filed for a trademark of Born To Sparkle on 30 August.
