The eponymous beauty brand of the MUA will offer a range of its colour cosmetics products

The eponymous beauty brand of celebrity MUA Laura Mercier has landed a retail deal with Boots.

The UK health and beauty retailer will stock an assortment of the cosmetic brand’s extensive line of products in store as well as online.

Products set to land on Boots’ shelves include the Translucent Loose Setting Powder, Rouge Essential Silky Crème Lipstick, Blush Colour Infusion and Caviar Volume Panoramic Mascara.

This is the latest venture by the Shiseido-owned brand to extend its retail presence, which is currently available at Selfridges, Space NK, Cult Beauty and Lookfantastic.

The French-born MUA kick-started her career in the business at 17 when she enrolled in painting school, but was convinced to move into beauty by her mother, according to the brand’s website.

Since then she has gone on to work on the launch of American Elle and taken part in editorial content for Allure, Vanity Fair and Glamour.

Mercier was also tapped as Vogue’s go-to MUA for ten years, and her clientele includes Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and Sarah Jessica Parker.
