Liz Earle wins Which? award for best online retailer

Credited for creating an \'effortless\' online experience


Consumer champion Which? has granted Liz Earle Naturally Active Skin Care the award for best online retailer at 2011’s Which? awards. The recently relaunched lizearle.com was billed by customers as providing an effortless online shopping and learning experience. The site was praised for its uncomplicated product pages and intuitive navigation, in addition to features including expert blogs, beauty Q&As and interactive diagnosis tools.

The annual awards publicly reward the best businesses serving the UK customer and, unlike other awards, a company cannot put itself forward.

This was the third year running that lizearle.com was shortlisted for the top online retailer prize and the e-commerce site scored a Which? customer score of 94%, gaining the maximum five stars in all but one of the survey categories.
