Smashbox Cosmetics, US-based make-up artist Vlada Haggerty and jewellery designer Zoe Chicco have set a world record for creating ‘The Most Valuable Lip Art’, worth $26,500.
The Guinness World Record was set on 22 March when Haggerty spent one hour perfecting the final lip look. She used more than 80 diamonds and over 6.5 carats provided by Chicco to create the end result.

To create the look, Haggerty used Smashbox’s Be LEgendary Liquid metal in Crimson Chrome and Always On Liquid Lipstick in Bawse. She also applied gold foil and jewellery, in addition to the diamonds featuring prominently on the top lip.
Haggerty, who hails from Kiev in Ukraine, is Smashbox’s ‘Lip Editor-in-Chief’ and acts as a consultant for Smashbox lip-related NPD. She is well-known for her ‘dripping’ lip looks and has a big social media following with 697k followers on Instagram alone.
