Odore, the customer engagement platform known for streamlining paid acquisition and online sampling campaigns, is excited to welcome Lee Bailey as its Commercial Director

Lee, who formerly served as the Director of Beauty at Hearst, will now be playing a pivotal role leading Odore’s commercial efforts with enterprise customers.

Odore already counts the entire L’Oreal Group (including the likes of Armani, Lancome, YSL, etc.), Dior, LVMH, Shiseido, and others among its clients. The platform’s intuitive design and reduced agency dependency have led to a tenfold decrease in campaign deployment costs, a 24% increase in customer lifetime value, and marketing opt-in rates exceeding 90% (3x industry average).

As Director of Beauty at Hearst, Lee lead and developed the commercial strategy and growth of the beauty division across all Hearst properties and brands. She brings extensive media experience in the Women’s Luxury and Lifestyle publishing sector combined with an unwavering passion and detailed understanding of the beauty industry, its evolving trends and consumer behaviour.

With Lee's expertise in driving brand growth together with her deep understanding of the Beauty, Luxury and Fashion sectors, Odore will continue to grow its enterprise relationships internationally.

Karan Gupta, Co-founder of Odore, said, "We have been receiving a significant demand for our solution from large enterprise customers, both in the UK and internationally. It's the ideal time to welcome Lee to lead the commercial initiatives for our platform in this segment. Her two decades of experience in this space will not only support our commercial strategy but also provide unique insights and a fresh perspective to product development”.

On her appointment, Lee Bailey commented, "As a media partner in my last role, I had the pleasure of working with the Odore team from the other side of the table. I was always excited by what the team and company offered to an industry that’s been around for centuries, it was innovative, and I witnessed the direct impact to both our team, as media partners, but also the brands we represented. I’m thrilled to be joining Odore at this pivotal time for the business when we have some incredible developments in the pipeline– watch this space!”
