Procter & Gamble (P&G) has allegedly reshuffled its executive team under the direction of its newly appointed CEO, Shailesh Jejurikar.
Jejurikar, who joined the personal care giant in January 2026, is said to have made appointments to four of its five business segments, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Juliana Azevedo has been CEO of P&G’s grooming division, succeeding Gary Coombe, who is retiring from the company.
Alexandra Keith, who heads up beauty, is being replaced by Freddy Bharucha, while Jennifer Davis, health care executive, will be succeeded by Paul Gama.
Fatima Francisco, executive for baby, feminine & family care, will also step down, with Hesham Tohamy Abd El Hak joining as CEO.
Jejurikar, who was previously COO at P&G, was promoted to President and CEO earlier this year, succeeding Jon Moeller, who became Executive Chairman.
P&G also announced in June 2025 that it plans to cut 7,000 jobs over the next two years – a 15% reduction in its workforce – and sell off some brands as part of a restructuring plan.
Cosmetics Business has contacted P&G for a comment.
