Procter & Gamble holds its own at 2011 Product of the Year Awards

Personal care giant walks away with three C&T accolades


It was a successful night for personal care giant Procter & Gamble as it swept the board in the C&T category at the Product of the Year Awards, which were held at London’s Royal Opera House, on 27 January, going home with three awards.

The company claimed honours for Hair Removal, for Gillette Venus Spa Breeze; Hair Treatments, for Silvikrin Heat Creations Blow Dry Spray; and Shampoo & Conditioner, for Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp Care Shampoo & Conditioner.

Other beauty winners on the night were Chanel brand Bourjois which won the Make-Up category with its Healthy Mix Foundation; Sara Lee’s Radox Men which took the male grooming prize; PZ Cussons’ brand Imperial Leather SkinKind for Skin Care; and Johnson & Johnson’s Listerine Total Care Enamel Guard, in the Oral Care category.
