Rey to head Coty Prestige in US
Coty Prestige has appointed Marc Rey as president of Coty Prestige in the US, and regional vice president for North America, effective 2 January 2013.
Coty Prestige has appointed Marc Rey as president of Coty Prestige in the US, and regional vice president for North America, effective 2 January 2013. He succeeds Bob Cankes, who will retire this year after 14 years with Coty.
Along with managing the US Coty Prestige portfolio, Rey will also be responsible for Coty Prestige in Canada, the Philosophy brand and Sephora in the Americas. He will report to Jean Mortier, president, Coty Prestige, and be based in New York.

Prior to his appointment at Coty, Rey served as the president of International Designers Collections at L'Oreal USA, overseeing the growth of L'Oreal's designer brands including Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent and Viktor & Rolf.
