The beauty company’s financial report revealed an 18% increase in revenue across US markets, with net sales projected to reach $1.55-1.57bn for 2026

e.l.f. Beauty has reported a bumper quarter of trading in Q2 2026, driven by the company’s acquisition of Hailey Bieber’s Rhode.

Net sales increased by 14% to US$343.9m for the quarter ended 30 September 2025.

The financial results mark the 27th consecutive quarter of net sales growth, driven by a boom in demand across retail and e-commerce channels.

e.l.f. Beauty’s brands driving this growth include affordable colour cosmetics and skin care leader e.l.f., body care brand Naturium and Hailey Bieber’s Rhode, which was acquired by the company earlier this year for a sum of $1bn.

The latter’s launch into retail giant Sephora’s US stores surpassed $10m in sales over the first two days, with the brand landing in UK Sephora stores on 10 November.

In the US, the company saw revenue increases of 18%, with international markets growing by 2%

“Our Q2 results, which included 140 basis points of market share gains for our namesake e.l.f. brand and a record-breaking launch of Rhode in Sephora North America, are a continuation of the consistent, category-leading growth we have delivered over the past 27 quarters,” said Tarang Amin, e.l.f. Beauty’s Chairman and CEO.

“We remain confident in our strategy to grow market share and capitalise on the significant whitespace ahead of us.”

The company also provided a full outlook for fiscal 2026, with net sales projected to reach between $1.55bn and $1.57bn.

Net sales for fiscal 2025 reached $1.314bn, with e.l.f. Beauty predicting an increase between 18-20%.

This comes after the company declined to release a full-year outlook last quarter.

e.l.f. Beauty’s 2026 outlook predicts a drop in adjusted net income for the brand, from $198m in 2025 to between $165 and $168m.
