RPC Bramlage has extended its personal care packaging portfolio with the creation of a new roll-on deodorant container, claimed to meet the demand from brands for a cost effective alternative to bespoke designs.

The 50ml container is manufactured in three parts: a container with integral fitment and cap, produced by RPC, and a ball, which is sourced from an outside supplier. According to RPC a roll-on deo would typically comprise four parts but by combining the container and fitment it has simplified the assembly process and provided a time saving benefit for fillers.

The container and the cap are injection blow moulded in PP and the model features a compact, rounded design. The cap and container can be manufactured in any colour including transparent and further decorative options such as silk screen printing, labels and hot stamping are available.
