111Skin has appointed beauty veteran Sarah Rotheram as Non-Executive Director at a “pivotal moment” for the brand.
Rotheram will support the premium skin care brand – founded by plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides – as it aims to strengthen its direct-to-consumer business while expanding its customer base in key markets.
This will include expansion in North America and Asia, where 111Skin has seen “substantial growth”, read a statement from the company.
Rotheram is a seasoned beauty and fashion executive, with more than 20 years experience building international brands.
She previously served as CEO for luxury brands Creed Fragrances, Miller Harris, Cradle Group (the holding company for Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur) and Aspinal of London.
Her expertise lies in brand positioning, product, customer experience and sustainability.

“We are delighted to welcome Sarah to 111Skin,” said Dr Yannis and Eva Alexandrides, co-founders of 111Skin.
“She brings exceptional global luxury expertise at a pivotal moment for our brand, as we strengthen our position in the premium skin care category and accelerate our international growth.”
Rotheram joins Angela Ahrendts DBE, who has been serving in an advisory capacity to 111Skin within her remit of Senior Operating Advisor under SKKY Partners, which took a minority investment in 111Skin earlier this year.
Commenting on her appointment, Rotheram said: “Eva, Yannis and the team at 111Skin have built an incredibly distinctive brand with first-class products.
“I am looking forward to partnering with the leadership group during this next phase of expansion.”
