Methylamines and derivatives prices to be increased with immediate effect

BASF is increasing its European sales prices for methylamines and methylamine derivatives with immediate effect, or as existing contracts permit.

Methylamine (mono-, di- and tri-) will increase by €50 per metric ton and dimethylaminopropylamine by €80 per metric ton. Dimethylethanolamine and methylethanolamine prices will increase by €90 per metric ton, while methyldiethanolamine will now cost €120 more per metric ton.

BASF produces methylamines and their derivatives at its sites in Ludwigshafen (Germany), Geismar (Louisiana) and Nanjing (China).
