It is witching season, and our favourite pair of popular (and not-so-popular) witches will soon be returning to cinema screens as Wicked: For Good releases on 21 November.
There is no denying Wicked-fever has taken over the world – with last year’s first installment, which grossed an estimated US$750m at the box office, having a huge impact beyond the silver screen through activations, a hugely-popular press tour and a number of new beauty launches centred around the film.
Starring Cythia Erivo as the misunderstood Elphaba and Ariana Grande in the role of the ever-popular Glinda, the success of the first installment has already cemented the cinematic world as one of the most successful stage-to-screen adaptations to come out of Broadway.
