Charlotte Tilbury CEO Demetra Pinset is allegedly leaving the make-up brand after 14 years.
Pinset, who has served as CEO of the cosmetics brand since its inception in 2012, is rumoured to be departing the company, according to a new report.
The Business of Fashion alleges that Pinset’s last day at the company will be 26 February.
Charlotte Tilbury is yet to confirm the news publicly, and Cosmetics Business has reached out for comment.
Pinset was part of the team to take Charlotte Tilbury from a start-up and turn it into a billion-dollar business, with the company acquired by Spanish conglomerate Puig in 2020.
It has gone on to become a ‘standout’ performer for the beauty conglomerate, playing an instrumental role in Puig's revenue surpassing €5bn in 2025.
Pinset was also recognised in HM The King’s New Year Honours List 2026, named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in recognition of her services to beauty and business.
