CPL Aromas and Bontoux Inaugurate the CPL Aromas School of Radiance in Madagascar: A Commitment to Education and Community.
The project, launched after Cyclone Batsirai destroyed the previous school, represents a strong commitment to sustainability, education, and community empowerment.
The inauguration ceremony brought together over 2,000 people in an atmosphere of hope and celebration. The new building, named the CPL Aromas School of Radiance, provides a safe, dignified, and inspiring environment for more than 100 children who previously studied in precarious conditions.
“We believe in the transformative power of education,” said Nick Moore, Global Purchasing Director and project lead at CPL Aromas. “This school not only rebuilds classrooms, but also restores hope and pride to an entire community.”
In addition to the main building, a sustainable sanitation block has been constructed, featuring a solar-powered pumping system, a storage tower, and safe waste management—adapted to an area without running water or electricity.
This joint effort between CPL Aromas and Bontoux reflects shared values of social responsibility and long-term vision. The school now stands as a symbol of resilience and how business collaboration can create real and lasting impact.
