Customer Services Rep - North Manchester - £25-30,000

I am currently looking for a Customer Services Rep to join one of the UKs top beauty/personal care manufacturers, they are a leading company within the industry and growing at a rapid rate

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Develop relationships and communicate with Clients and suppliers to ensure we obtain the best results.
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
