DESCRIPTION:
A hair conditioner containing Silkflo® 364 that imparts brightness, shine and leaves the hair soft and manageable. Lipomulse Luxe provides an elegant stable conditioner base.

PROCEDURE:
- Combine Sequence #1 ingredients and heat to 78-80°C with propeller mixing.
- Heat combined Sequence #2 to 80˚C and mix until clear and uniform.
- Slowly add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 with propeller mixing.
- Cool slowly to room temperature with mixing.
- Adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5 using citric acid solution.

Stability: 1 month at 50°C
