Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a keen understanding of the US market and a passion for the beauty industry? Lavandi Talent are working with a household name brand that are looking for an account manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's footprint in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive account strategies aligned with the brand's objectives to drive growth, increase market share, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners in the US.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, understanding their needs and aligning our brand's offerings to meet them. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and agreements with retail partners to maximise revenue and profitability while maintaining brand integrity and value.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of account strategies, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
  • Analyse Market Trends and Performance: Conduct market research, analyse sales data, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
  • Report and Present Performance Metrics: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics. Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for future strategies.

The Right Candidate:

  • Proven US Market Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing accounts in the US beauty market, including a strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, negotiate, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analysing market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
