As the International New Business Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding retail presence in China and the US. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in successfully opening new markets and managing key accounts remotely. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly with the marketing department, will be essential to ensure seamless integration of strategies as well as legislation understanding and contract knowledge.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for retail expansion in China and the US.
- Identify and engage potential retail partners, distributors, and key accounts, negotiating agreements that align with company goals.
Key Account Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the target regions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
Remote Business Development:
- Lead the end-to-end business development process remotely, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase product/service offerings and build rapport with potential partners.
