Beauty industry entrepreneurs join expert panel for inaugural awards

Beauty industry entrepreneurs Jo Malone, George Hammer and Aaron Chatterley have joined the judging panel for the inaugural cosmeticsbusiness Innovation Awards. Malone, founder of fragrance brand Jo Loves..., Hammer, Chairman of Hammer Holdings, Urban Retreat, One Events and All for Eve, and Feelunique.com CEO Chatterley will join award winning beauty journalist and Good Things creator Alice Hart-Davis, Simon Duffy, co-founder of Bulldog Natural Skincare, Julie McManus, Director of Scientific and Technical-Regulatory Affairs at L’Oréal UK & Ireland, Jonathan Ford, Creative Partner at design agency Pearlfisher, Vivienne Rudd, Mintel’s Director of Insight, Beauty & Personal Care, and Hilary Dart of Hilary Dart Associates on the panel, chaired by SPC editor Emma Reinhold.

Entries are now open for the awards, which recognise innovation, excellence and creativity across all areas of the cosmetics industry.

The Cosmetics Business Innovation Awards will take place on 6 June at the London Film Museum and the theme will be the Future of Beauty. The event will be hosted by charity campaigner Katie Piper and will jointly benefit the Katie Piper Foundation and Look Good…Feel Better.
