Kering Beauté has appointed Nathalie Berger-Duquene CEO of Creed, effective 6 May.
Berger-Duquene will be responsible for the luxury fragrance brand’s “new stage” of development and growth, with the support of parent company Kering Beauté’s global teams.
She will report to Raffaella Cornaggia, CEO of Kering Beauté, and become a member of the company’s Executive Committee based in London.
Berger-Duquene has more than 25 years’ beauty industry and fragrance brand-building experience under her belt.
She started her career in 1998 at LVMH as Chef de Produits Marketing Opérationnel France of perfume, cosmetics and skin care maison Guerlain, before joining L’Oréal in 2005.
Berger-Duquene held several leadership positions at the French beauty giant, including the International Brand Marketing and Market General Management roles for Lancôme.
In 2019, she joined Estée Lauder Companies as General Manager EMEA for luxury brands Tom Ford Beauty and Kilian Paris.
Berger-Duquene was then appointed Tom Ford Beauty Global Marketing, Online and Communications Senior VP.
From 2022 she then led the development of Balmain Beauty as Global General Brand Manager.
