L’Oréal Canada has named Stéphane Bérubé as President and CEO, effective from 1 June.
Bérubé succeeds An Verhulst-Santos, who has led L’Oréal Canada for the last five years.

Verhulst-Santos will take on a new role as non-executive Chairwoman of L'Oréal Brazil.
Bérubé has led L’Oréal Canada’s Consumer Products Division since 2019, where he is credited with driving growth of nearly 50%, as well as accelerating the beauty giant’s e-commerce and data-driven innovation.
Previously, he was CMO for Western Europe and CMO for Canada.
He has also held the roles of General Manager at L'Oréal Paris in Canada and Brand Director for Maybelline New York Canada.
Stéphanie Binette succeeds Bérubé at the head of the Consumer Products Division in Canada.
In a post on LinkedIn commenting on his appointment, Bérubé said: “This moment is profoundly personal to me.
“I started my journey with L'Oréal Canada over 24 years ago, and to now have the privilege of leading this incredible organisation, as the first Canadian to do so, is something I could not be prouder of.”
