Mail order decline takes its toll on Yves Rocher
A decline in mail order sales by the Yves Rocher group has triggered the decision to sell off two subsidiaries operating call centres – Phonyr based in the Morbihan area and Cercle located in Alsace. The two enterprises will be sold to Data Base Factory, part of the Aurenis group, which will take over the workforce at both centres.
