Pop star Mariah Carey has signed a global licensing and marketing deal with Elizabeth Arden to create and promote a fragrance line under her name. The line is set to be launched in Spring 2007 and Carey is said to be involved in the whole process, from product development to marketing promotion. Carey joins the ranks of Britney Spears, who also has a fragrance line with the company.
