What inspired you to enter the beauty industry?
It was completely by chance. I was doing my Masters part-time and working full-time at the bridal registry at Selfridges when I was offered an administrative role in the buying office.
I had the pleasure of attending most of the beauty brands strategy meetings where I was so impressed by the innovation, the pace, the people and the atmosphere. Once you find your place somewhere, you will know it. You will feel it in your gut.
