The move aims to unify the company’s perfume and cosmetics business

Lalique’s Art & Fragrance SA division has been renamed Lalique Beauty SA as the company aims to unify its market presence in cosmetics and fragrance.

The group’s beauty sub-holding company includes brands such as Lalique, Jaguar, Grès, Bentley, Samouraï and Alain Delon as well as the sun care brand Ultrasun.

Roger von der Weid, CEO Lalique Group, said: “This measure will further unify the market platform of the group as a whole and make the most of the high level of awareness enjoyed by the main Lalique brand in the international market.

“The change of name will not affect the strategy and direction of the company's business activities, which will continue unaltered.”

Lalique Group also operates a perfume filling and logistics business, which will now be called Lalique Beauty Services, incorpoated under Lalique Beauty.

The group's other sub-holding company, Lalique SA, incorporates its crystal and jewellery business, as well as its hospitality and gastronomy divisions.
