The cosmetics brand’s heavy metal-inspired beauty range celebrates the Black Sabbath's signature style, with bat and coffin-shaped eyeshadow palettes and press-on body tattoos

Rock and Roll Beauty, a sub-brand of Revolution Beauty, has teamed up with 'The Prince of Darkness’ Ozzy Osbourne for a limited edition beauty collection.

The 21-piece line is said “to celebrate Ozzy’s distinctive look and style”, with all products named after the singer’s best-selling heavy metal songs, such as ‘Iron man’, ‘Zombie Stomp’ and ‘Crazy Train’.

The Black Sabbath frontman is known for his signature heavy black eyeliner and nail polish, a popular look among heavy metal artists.

Osbourne's make-up range comprises two 14-piece eyeshadow palettes – one shaped like a bat and the other a coffin; a four-piece Metal Flake Eyeshadow Kit; Bark at the Moon Highlighter; three Bullet Lip Sticks; three Bullet Liquid Lip glosses and a brush set with skull cylinder.

Rock and Roll Beauty said the highly-pigmented products are “designed to give you a bold, precise look, inspired by ‘The Prince of Darkness’ himself”.

The collection also features candles “to conjure the spirit of the rock gods”, Ozzy-styled body tattoos, a skull embossed cosmetic bag and a Gothic Mirror.

The range is available at Ultra Beauty’s website and stores and via rockandrollbeauty.com.

Global Merchandising, a licensing agency for Ozzy Osbourne, handled the deal and product development.

This is not the first range Rock and Roll Beauty has launched this year that’s been inspired by a heavy metal legend.

In June, the brand unveiled a limited-edition cosmetics and home fragrance range in collaboration with cult British rock band Def Leppard, which reflects the 1980's vibrant rock and roll era.
