Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic FMCG business who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced NPD Manager to join their highly creative NPD and Design team

Senior NPD Manager - Midands (Hybrid) - 50K – 55K

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the Head of Product to create briefs that hit key range review dates.
Lead on the delivery from concept and ideation to supply.
Innovatively lead and present ideas to the business to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Work and build solid relationships with internal cross-functional team (Marketing, Category, Technical and Quality, Design, Supply) to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and comminuate product changes in a timely manner.
Full Critical Path management to ensure the organisation and delivery of the existing and innovative products in a time scale and within budget.
Work with internal and external parties, to ensure product, packaging and fragrances are delivered.
Create and keep up to date and review with documentation.
Ensure that projects are correctly setup and maintained in Netsuite.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a Product Development environment within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or aligned sector
Passionate about product with a strong creative and innovative flair, with commercial acumen and detail orientated when it comes to being able to own, interpret and manage a critical path to time, risk and budget.
Eye for detail, understanding consumer relevant qualities and how to deliver them.
Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
Adaptable, flexible and a team player.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong skills working with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
