Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are looking for a recent science graduate or experienced technical account manager to join their global and established business

Technical Sales Representative / Account Manager - South East England - Open Salary

Key Responsibilities:

Build a strong technical knowledge of the ingredients, their chemistry and benefits.
Recognise the needs of each customer.
Visit customers to develop strong long-lasting relationships.
Communicating scientific information distinctly and concisely.
Demonstrate ingredients in example formulations.
Accumulate and share trend information to help R&D team.
Attend industry events, such as UK and Global exhibitions.

The Ideal Candidate:

Ideally degree qualified, or equivalent, in Chemistry or Science, preferably Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
For Account Manager role: experience working in Sales in Personal Care or related Industry.
Full UK driving licence.
A clear and concise communicator.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, using own initiative, ability to engage with customer relationships with a passion for cosmetics.
Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
