Actress Jessica Alba’s lifestyle brand The Honest Company says it is working on a feature that will allow consumers to cancel subscriptions to the company’s monthly product bundles online.
The company has been accused of making it difficult for consumers to cancel the paid-for subscriptions, with many complaining about the company’s policy of only allowing cancellations to be made over the phone.
The Honest Company told Cosmetics Business: “We are constantly looking at ways that we can further improve our customer service policies and procedures.
“Online subscription cancellation is a feature we've been working on and plan to enable in the very near future as a way to provide our customers . . .
