Retailer is 22nd out of 100 brands
The Perfume Shop was voted 22nd out of 100 brands in the Which? UK’s Best Online Shops Survey report. The retailer scored a 78% customer rating – which was just 3% behind the top spot.
The Perfume Shop has placed a renewed focus on e-commerce recently, relaunching its website earlier this year and starting a two-hour Click & Collect service.
