Natural hair care brand Noughty has been awarded Leaping Bunny certification by Cruelty Free International, reassuring consumers that none of its products have been tested on animals.

Joining more than 1,200 cosmetics, personal care and and household brands, the Leaping Bunny logo will be displayed across Noughty's entire hair care range to confirm the brand's commitment to ending animal testing.

Lorna Mitchell, co-founder of Noughty, said: “We are incredibly proud to announce that all Noughty products have now been awarded Leaping Bunny certification by Cruelty Free International.

“Since launching, it has been our mission to design innovative, affordable hair care products with high integrity, performance-led formulations that never use animal-derived ingredients and are cruelty-free.

“We are proud to show our commitment in making the industry free from animal testing and passionately believe in the importance of taking a stance and working towards this goal.”

The UK-based brand has already proved a hit with eco-conscious consumers, featuring formulations that are 97% natural, free from parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals and silicones and certified by the Vegan Society.

Michelle Thew, Chief Executive of Cruelty Free International, added: “We are delighted that Noughty has achieved Leaping Bunny certification for its hair care range.

“Noughty joins the growing Leaping Bunny family of companies to have recognised that ethical consumers care and are using their purchasing power to help end animal testing in cosmetics and personal care.

“We congratulate Noughty for its commitment to ending animal testing and for helping customers enjoy cruelty-free hair care.”
