Role Overview:
As a Paid Social Manager, you will play a key role in our marketing team, overseeing and optimising our digital sales channels. You'll be responsible for managing our social platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness and interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimise ad performance through strategic audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management to achieve campaign objectives and ROAS goals.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of paid social strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid social advertising campaigns for the beauty industry, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) to create, manage, and analyse campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding campaign KPIs and goals.
