Sabrina Carpenter has hinted at a new Prada Beauty collaboration in the video for her new song ‘Manchild’.
The music video, which dropped at 3pm on 6 June, sees the 26-year-old American singer-songwriter playfully hinting at a new project with the luxury Italian beauty brand.
Within it, Carpenter can be seen snacking on Prada branded banana candies, echoing the fashion house’s banana print and teasing a larger collaboration.
Her look in the video also encompasses a yet-to-be-released, unnamed lip product, sparking speculation about a potential banana-inspired addition to the Prada Beauty line-up.
Carpenter is a Grammy Award-winning artist best known for hits ‘Espresso’, ‘Busy Woman’ and ‘Please, Please, Please’.
She has partnered with Prada Beauty on previous collaborations over the past year, including the reveal of the brand’s first mascara – Pradascope Lash Extending Mascara.
The singer is wearing the mascara in the ‘Manchild’ video.
Carpenter also worked with Prada Beauty on the integration of its viral Color Changing Lip Balm in Astral Pink, which featured in the star’s ‘Please, Please, Please’ music video.
Prada is best known for its handbag, clothing and perfume lines, but the company entered into the make-up and skin care arena in 2023.
The collection ranges from eyeshadows, lipsticks and foundations, to serums, creams and cleansers.
More details on the collaboration are set to come.
