- Manage and nurture relationships with national grocery accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with company objectives to increase product placement, visibility, and sales within grocery chains.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with account-specific needs and strategies.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities within the grocery segment to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic plans.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts with grocery accounts to maximise profitability and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales projections, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns specific to grocery accounts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in national account management within the beauty industry, with a focus on grocery accounts.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national grocery account portfolios.
- In-depth understanding of the grocery retail landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
