DESCRIPTION:

A moisturizing shower cream for all skin types that provides mild cleansing with luxurious foam and a silky after feel on the skin. The skin is nourished by the combination of Lipobutter® Refined Shea and Lipovol® A. Lipo® PGO-3 provides a silky creamy feel.

PROCEDURE:

1. In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring. Start heating.
2. Slowly add Sequence #2 while mixing. Continue heating to 75˚C.
3. Combine Sequence #3 in separate vessel. Start heating to 75˚C.
4. When Sequence #3 and main vessel reach 75˚C combine with medium propeller mixing.
5. Add Sequence #4 to main vessel. Start cooling.
6. When batch reaches 45˚C add Sequence #5.
7. Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32˚C.

SPECIFICATIONS:

pH: 6.50-7.00
Viscosity: LV3 @ 6 rpm: 18,500 cps.
Stability: 1 Month at 50°C
