Westman Atelier’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) GM, Anna Marcovici, is stepping down from the role after six-and-a-half years with the US luxury beauty brand.
Marcovici, who joined the business in March 2020, was responsible for building and scaling Westman Atelier across the EMEA region.
Before this, she founded Manifesto, an edible beauty supplement brand, while also running Impact Beauty, which focuses on supporting brands with strategy and positioning.

Marcovici has also served as CEO at fitness studio and skin care brand-hybrid FaceGym, founded by former beauty columnist Inge Theron.
Other earlier leadership roles included GM, UK & Ireland at NARS, Regional Director, EMEA, Travel Retail at MAC Cosmetics, and National Account Manager at Clinique.
Marcovici wrote in a LinkedIn post: “It is with a mix of emotions that I announce that at the end of the summer I will be stepping down from my role of GM EMEA at Westman Atelier after an incredible six-and-a-half years.
“My first week at Westman was [in] March 2020, the week we went into [Covid-19] lockdown.
“I remember worrying that launching a luxury make-up brand during this time was really bad timing.
“As it turned out, that year between March and December we opened eight markets, with another ten the following year.
“Looking back, it is rare that one gets the opportunity to build the whole team and almost all of the distribution in a region from the beginning, and it has been such an incredibly rewarding journey.”
Marcovici also extended her thanks to Westman Atelier founders Gucci Westman and her husband, fashion entrepreneur David Neville.
She added: “Working with the founders Gucci and David, as well as of course the incredibly talented global Westman Atelier team, has undoubtedly been the highlight of my career, and one I will cherish forever.”
Marcovici’s exit follows Westman Atelier landing US$15m in fresh funding from investors in April 2026.
The brand has raised $36.9m to date, according to market data company Pitchbook.
The brand’s fresh round of funding was revealed in a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in February.
