Fareva to buy Sanoflore plant
Southern French consumer products group Fareva, whose operations include cosmetics, has signed an agreement with L'Oréal to purchase its Sanoflore bio-cosmetics plant at Gigors-et-Lozeron in the Drome region. The amount to be paid has not been disclosed.

The acquisition has involved the setting up of a specialist subsidiary, Fareva Bio, which will take over the workforce of 60. Sanoflore has sales of about €7m and a production volume of 2.5 million units. The company produces aromatherapy and plant therapy products as well as bio-cosmetics.
