Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head of NPD to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all New Product Development and Existing Product
  • Stay ahead of industry trends for groundbreaking product development.
  • Develop and execute a strategic NPD plan aligned with company goals.
  • Inspire and lead a cross-functional NPD team.
  • Provide clear design briefs and collaborate closely with QC for product excellence.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring timely launches.
  • Manage the approval process and streamline decision-making.
  • Drive the team to exceed expectations and maintain a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, presenting NPD strategies and results.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in NPD, within a Senior position in the Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG Sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Confident, adaptable and a team player.
