Earlier this year, Estée Lauder unveiled its new head office location on London’s Mortimer Street. The new building brings staff from five locations under one roof and features a range of new facilities for staff.

We spoke to Usha Kakaria-Cayaux, Regional Vice President of HR at Estée Lauder UK & Ireland, about how the new headquarters has boosted staff morale and more…

Was there a strategy behind the move to One Fitzroy?
The London-based UK business previously operated across various locations, all of which were over capacity. Moving to One Fitzroy offered the perfect opportunity to unite all of our employees, brands and functions under one roof, while providing an inspiring, collaborative and agile space that would not only serve as a beautiful workspace, but also reflect our position as the UK’s leading prestige beauty company.
