Job Description:
As the International Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the global marketing strategy for [Global Sustainable Skincare Brand]. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base while promoting our brand's commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies that align with the brand's values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize marketing campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Lead the creation of compelling and impactful marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry partners globally.
- Oversee budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering a strong return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in international marketing roles within the beauty or skin care industry.
- Deep understanding of sustainable and clean beauty trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
