Exclusive: Mona Kattan’s Kayali fragrance brand breaks into lip and body care

Mona Kattan’s Kayali is expanding its remit, entering body care and lip care to add “another dimension” to its fragrance empire.

The expansion reimagines two of the Middle Eastern-inspired fragrance brand’s hero scents from its Yum franchise – Boujee Marshmallow | 81 and Pistachio Gelato | 33 – into hydrating lip balms and body creams.

Launching globally on 28 August, Kattan told Cosmetics Business that the category entry was a “natural next step” for the scent-layering brand, taking its fragrance experience from head-to-toe for users.
