Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Beauty Business who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the training across the UK and defining the strategic direction
- Develop the best-in-class training, with fresh and innovative techniques
- Retain continuous contact with the Brand and Sales teams to ensure line up with strategies
- Incorporate all aspects of brand behind the training content
- Create training plans and materials as well as delivering them
- Grow and retain the customer service model best in class training
- Develop cost effective training events/workshops and materials that lead trends and keep ahead of the competition
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within the Beauty Industry would be advantageous
- Experienced in developing and carrying out effective training
- Exceptional interactive skills, fluent and motivational presentation skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan ahead with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
