Beauty box manufacturers need to up their game to meet rising customer expectations, according to a survey conducted by a British beauty blogger.
Hayley Carr of London Beauty Queen held a Twitter survey to ask her followers what they want from beauty boxes in 2016. Almost 300 responded and told her that overwhelmingly, they want better value, including higher-end products, bigger sizes and an increase in the number of treats inside. This, says Carr, may be a tough act to deliver.
