For the millions of people around the world with pill fatigue, alternative supplement formats have been a game-changer.

Gummies are the fastest growing beauty supplement format in the UK according to Kantar, growing by 24% in the year ending December 2024.

But the boom in alternative formats has paved the way for a new trend: wearable vitamin patches.

Offering a ‘peel, stick and go’ solution, this emerging segment is seeing growth from a crop of dedicated young brands, such as US-based Barrière, which in just four years has reached multi-million dollar revenue, and The Good Patch which has “consistently seen strong sales” since its 2018 launch.

Whether it’s to support sleep, focus, relaxation, immunity, stress, energy levels, or for skin-boosting benefits such as glow and radiance, there is now a patch for pretty much every wellness need.

Best sellers at The Good Patch include its B12 Awake patch, as well as Rescue, relief for after a night out, and Dream, to support sleep.
