If I had to describe Caroline Hirons in one word it would be ‘determined’, and that determination oozes throughout Skin Rocks – the British beauty authority’s skin care brand which has achieved four times growth since launching in 2022.
As Skin Rocks edges towards its fourth birthday this November, Hirons has her foot on the accelerator to ensure it continues to go from strength-to-strength, from entering Europe via premium retailer Douglas to breaking into the face mask category with a product focused on restoring a damaged barrier.
But it gets even more exciting. In 2027, Skin Rocks is set to launch its first-ever (and might I add highly-anticipated) SPF and debut more advanced options to elevate its facials on the professional-only side of the business, Skin Rocks Pro.
Tickets are now available for the 25th anniversary of the Pure Beauty Awards, taking place on 15 October 2026 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, UK. Join the beauty industry for an evening of recognition and celebration as this year’s winners are revealed. Click here to secure your place.
All this growth has been based on a singular mission which has not changed since day one, to make skin care make sense – with straightforward product naming, transparent consumer education, clinically substantiated claims and a simplified approach to routine building.
“[Simplicity] has been our tagline – our trademark – from day one. The industry has benefited from confusing the consumer and I have got no interest in doing that,” says Hirons.
