Sustainable beauty brands have the chance to win a free pop-up outlet in central London for three months

Beauty brand owners could win a free pop-up shop in central London, UK, for three months as part of property management firm Shaftesbury's Soho Incubator campaign.

Shaftesbury is looking for UK-based sustainable brands across cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle and homeware to take part in the competition, which is open for the next six weeks.

The winner will receive £5,000 towards an internal fit out and business mentoring, along with the free pop-up outlet.

"The unique retail opportunity sees Shaftesbury look for brands with 'big dreams and great attitudes who are ready to take the next step with a physical store," said the retail investment specialists.

The project follows a similar campaign in Seven Dials, another central London location, which saw four female entrepreneurs win pop-up spaces in the area.

To enter, brand owners need to fill out a form on thisissoho.co.uk which includes questions on marketing strategies and brand values.

"With sustainability being at the forefront of Shaftesbury's decisions, it is intriguing to see what new concepts could come to the area and align with our already conscious retail mix," said Matt Smith, Shaftesbury's Head of Sustainability.

"This Is Soho is all about fresh and new ideas and we are looking forward to welcoming an upcoming sustainable brand to the destination."

Bleach London, Aesop and Too Faced are among beauty brands with stores in Soho.
